Beaphar Lactol Puppy Milk is a complete milk replacement for newborn and orphaned puppies. With over a century of trust, its nutrient-rich formula has helped save countless young animals. The supplement contains high-quality amino acids, vitamins, and minerals for a balanced, complete feed.

Made from gentle, highly digestible whey, it mimics natural mother’s milk. Ultra-filtration concentrates proteins, and slow drying protects the structure of these proteins, improving nutritional value.

The formula includes DHA, shown to support brain development and vision. It is also suitable for weaning puppies, pregnant or nursing mothers, and sick or recovering pets.

Instructions

Always read the product label before use.

1. Add the required scoops of Beaphar Lactol Puppy Milk to warm water. (Use boiled, cooled water.)

2. Stir until dissolved and let cool to 38°C (blood temperature) before feeding.

3. Use clean, sterile feeding equipment such as Beaphar Feeding Syringes or the Beaphar Feeding Set.

4. Older dogs may take Lactol mixed with cold water.

5. Refrigerate prepared Lactol for up to 24 hours. Reheat to 38°C for young animals.

Feeding as a Complete Diet (Un-weaned Puppies)

Young puppies must be weighed daily and their growth compared with breeder or vet guidelines.

Recommended dilution (250g/500g sizes):
7 level scoops + 100 ml warm water
1 litre prepared Lactol = approx. 1250 kcal

Approximate Feeding Guide

After day 28, start mixing Lactol with puppy food to assist weaning.

Weaning Support

Mix prepared Lactol with a small portion of puppy food.
Gradually reduce the milk and increase solid food each day until fully weaned.

Complementary Feeding

Puppies under 8 weeks:
Up to 40 ml per kg body weight (in addition to mother’s milk).

Weaned puppies over 8 weeks, pregnant or lactating dogs, sick or recovering animals:
Feed 11 ml per kg body weight.
